For over 30 years, Patricia “Trisha” Bagley, has been an entrepreneur and business owner within the Kansas City area. As a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri, Trisha looks forward to working with real estate investors, homebuyers and sellers. Trisha’s primary goal is to help individuals, families and real estate investors, build generational wealth through home ownership and property investments. It is her passion to assist her clients with achieving their home-buying dreams and business investment goals. Trisha’s commitment and personable approach is what connects her to her clients and allows her to build long-lasting relationships.

Trisha understands the goals of a real estate investor and is excited to bring her business and project management skills to assist new and experienced investors in property investing. Trisha eagerly supports first-time and experienced home buyers/sellers and will assist them throughout their home buying and/or selling process.

Patricia earned and received a B.A. in Management/Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University and an M.A. in Business Administration/Project Management from Park University.

When Trisha is not assisting her real estate clients, she is working with her own real estate investments; while staying connected with family, close friends and the “grands” who affectionately refer to her as “Nana”. Trisha loves traveling, relaxing on the beach and exploring new things. Her favorite quote by Michael John Bobak reads, “All progress takes place outside the comfort zone.”
